Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will be entitled to disclose such Confidential Information if required by law provided that you promptly notify CardsChat, consult with CardsChat, and cooperate with CardsChat in any attempt to resist or narrow such disclosure or to obtain an order or other assurance that such Confidential Information will be accorded confidential treatment. Notwithstanding any disclosure required by law, the Confidential Information disclosed will, for all other purposes, continue to be treated as Confidential Information under these Terms.
17. Severability. If any provision of these Terms, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, will be held invalid, the remainder of these Terms, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance other than those to which it is held invalid, will not be affected by it to the extent that doing so will not alter the fundamental purpose of the Terms.
